The Edison Electrifies with 35 Cent Martini
Photo's by Dave Bullock at eecue.com
We have loved the Edison Bar from its OPENING, with its speakeasy look and eclectic crowd.
Now there's another reason:
The 1910 Martini
The Worlds Only 35 cent martini.
Served every Thursday from 5-7pm.
WHA?! Yes, it's true, fellow lushes lounge lovers! You too can get plastered in a classy joint
for less than a buck!

So what else makes the Edison oh-so-grand?
Start outside. Enter from non-descript alley and into one of the largest underground lounges
in LA. You will be mesmerized by the combination of original 1910 artifacts and sleek, modern decor.
Aside from the Hollywood spillover crowd, there is an eclectic mix of 20 and 30-somethings
mingling in suits and sparkely things to jazz and lounge. Smoke a stogy in the upper smoke parlor or laugh at the hilarity of the silent films screened on the soaring, bare brick walls. An added bonus? Their electric Burlesque shows on Friday and Saturday nights, starting at 10pm!

THE EDISON BAR
108 W. Second Street
LA, CA 90012
(213)
GOOD TO KNOW:
COVER: No.
LINE: Yes, and it will go around the block on Friday and Saturdays begining at 9pm.
Call their phone number a day or 2 in advance and make a line reservation. It's free and
it will put you in the "cool people who called in advance" line that is much, much shorter.
PARKING: $9 Valet of Joe's Parking Lot down the street
DRESS CODE: No jeans or sneakers for guys even if they did break the bank.
Art Deco dress encouraged, otherwise wear your nicest bar threads.
DANCING: No dance floor here, although patrons can be seen stumbling to music
swaying back and forth gracefully throughout the bar to the jazz and lounge.
