Where to Watch "The Game"

Back about 4 years ago, all a sports bar needed to lure in a crowd was beer and a new thing called a plasma tv.
Nowa days, plasma tv's (and high def for that matter) are a common sight.  So where do you go to watch "The Game"?

Westside

Busbys
3110 Santa Monica Blvd.
(310) 828-4567
Frat boys are bro's-look'n-for-ho's are in good company at this upscale establishment. (And by
upscale, we mean that you won't see any sweatpants or camo shorts in this establishment.)
Foozball, pool and several rooms with several tvs adorning the walls pack in what turns into a nightclub at sundown.

Tony P's
4445 Admiralty Way
Marina del Rey, CA
(310) 823-4534

Located off the Marina of...Marina Del Rey, Tony P's is half sports bar and half restaurant.
Lots of tvs, beer, and boneless chicken wings! When the game is all over, you can hop right back
onto your yacht and drunkenly sail into the sunset.

The Parlor
1519 Wilshire Blvd
Santa Monica, CA 90401
Phone: (310) 395-4139

For the crowd that's "too old" for Busbys (re: the 26 year olds and up).
2 Levels of good eats. Happy Hour daily from 4-8pm.

Hollywood

The Happy Ending
7038 W Sunset Blvd
Los Angeles, CA 90028
(323) 469-7038

Beer hats, snacks served on plastic cafeteria trays and a wheel o'booze?
Who can keep their eyes on the plasmas?  Word to the becoupled: Jamming a straw
into ma'ladies mouth and inserting the other end into a classy fishbowl drink may buy
you some quiet during the game, but beware the after effects of several ounces of vodka infused goodness!

Big Wangs
1562 N Cahuenga Blvd
Hollywood, CA 90028
Phone: (323) 469-2449

Proving that size matter to all some people, you can alternate watching the game between any of the 13 42" plasmas or the 120" projection screen.  Affordable food, cold beer and beer pong on Thursdays.  Their website even has a schedule of what's playing.
